Green screen issue on purchased 'Live Demo Unit' iPhone 12 Pro Max

Recently, I purchased an iPhone from a third-party store. I bought the phone without knowing much about it. However, I noticed a term written on the invoice that says "Live Demo Unit." This is my first time buying an iPhone from a store, so I was unaware of such details. After doing some research online, I found out that live demo units are not intended for sale. The iPhone model I purchased is the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and it is now showing a green screen issue. I would like to know if I am eligible for a refund or if I can return the phone.

Apple will not give you a refund, and it is most likely a stolen device, as Apple never approves demo units for resale. You need to take it up with the store, or with your state consumer protection agency if they don’t refund your money.
