WiFi On/Off button no longer working iPhone 16 Pro Max

The WiFi button is on but greyed out and won’t turn off. Have reset, hard reset and reset network settings with no luck? Please help.

To rule out a software issue, did you try to set the iPhone back to factory settings without using a backup afterwards?

As a test......tap Settings > Bluetooth

Is Bluetooth also "grayed out"?

If the answer is "yes", the chip that controls both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth has failed. Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple services shop for hardware repairs.

Bluetooth works fine. I think I figured it out though. My stupid company management software must have just changed and they locked WiFi on!!! So now it will waste battery searching constantly!
