The WiFi button on my iPhone 11 Pro Max won’t toggle to the on position.

I have restarted several times and reset the network settings and it still won’t turn on. And I have the latest software update. Will someone please help me?

The chip that controls both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth appears to be acting up.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar / Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have them check and test things.

Bob…thank you SO much for your help…I’ve decided to go get a new phone. Along with the radio chip going bad, the battery life is below 60%, so it makes more sense to purchase a new phone than pay for a new board and battery. And I haven’t bought one in years…I “milk” them for as long as I can.

Thanks again and enjoy the rest of your week.
