why i cant Erase all data of my iphone

why i can’t reset my iphone 13 when i erase all data and content it’s always bringing back to the home screen and not showing the hello text like bnew. I don’t know if ny iphone is bypassed but i can used any simcard and also my iphone is always updated in software also i can erase all data of it but i’s bothering why is always bringing back to home screen and not the hello screen like bnew PLSSS HELLP I WANT TO SELL MY IPHONE !
