For a couple of days, my AirPod Max has been disconnecting from my MacBook. I reset to factory settings by holding the crown and the noise cancellation button a couple of times, but the problem persists. I don't know what the resolution is???

Try forgetting your AirPods Max from your Mac’s Bluetooth settings and reconnecting. Also, make sure your Mac and AirPods Max have the latest updates. If it still disconnects, test with another device to see if the issue is with the AirPods or your Mac. If nothing works, contact Apple Support.
