Is it possible to change serial number of my iPhone?

No idea why you might want to do this, but sorry, it's not possible.

The serial number is “burned into” the chips and is not changeable.

Why would you want to change your serial number? The phone's serial number is created at the factory and is used to verify your warranty and other things.
