It goes black but when I try to restart it it just flickers green and blue. I’ve tried charging it then force restarting it and nothing is working. It wasn’t dropped or submerged in water.

Most likely, it is a bad connection, and you will likely have to get the screen replaced. Happened to me a few months ago.
