How to fix Amazon Prime not loading on Apple TV?

I saw a 2023 post that I have experienced in 2025. I select Prime and it just won’t load. I tried restarting my Apple TV, deleting and reloading the Prime app, nothing worked.

I finally hit on something that appears to have worked!!

I removed my Apple TV from registered devices in the Prime app on my phone, deleted the Prime app from my Apple TV, restarted my Apple TV, and reloaded the Prime app. Once reloaded, I signed in. Using the QR code would not work but I successfully used the alpha/numeric code and voila! I am now watching prime tv via my Apple TV.
