I can’t download or update due to the payment methods issue.
Please advise how to resolve this.
I can’t even update WhatsUp app, all my chats and data’s are still in the system.
what should I do..? Pls help me out, coz there’s so many important documents, photos etc

If you see a message that there was a problem with a previous purchase, review the Support Article here:
If anything in your Purchase History is in red or shows as Pending, then it has not been paid yet, and you will need to pay any amount owed first.
