How do I use an email from a deleted Apple Account on a different account?

if you change the email on the irrelevant account you can use the email on your main account after 30 days :)

If you remove an email address that isn’t an iCloud email address from your Apple Account, it can’t be associated with another Apple Account for 30 days for security reasons. After removing an email address from your account, notify anyone who might contact you on Messages, FaceTime, or other Apple apps using that Apple Account email address. After 30 days, another user might be able to associate that email address with an Apple Account for Messages, FaceTime, and more.

You need at least 1 email not currently in use as an Apple ID.

You use that to free up the email you are interested in from your irrelevant Apple ID.

Then when the 30 days have passed you can switch to your "main" email that was now freed up, on your "main" apple ID.

You may need to have a third email address you can temporarily use while each of the others have their 30 day wait period. You can't just swap two email addresses. Each will likely have to undergo a 30 day wait period. I guess if you created two new email addresses then both accounts could be in waiting at the same time.
