Grey Passwords bar at the bottom of chrome while typing

I used to get these two bars - one for virtual keyboard and one for passwords.

While the keyboard one when long pressed goes in to the corner. The password one won’t budge.

It becomes really problematic when it hides content on google sheets and i have to see the bottom area.

I have tried disabling autofill passwords in chome settings and that doesn’t work..and no accessibility feature is on..
