I am having issues with My IPhone SE. Left side of the keyboard works uncontrollably when I get close to the screen. Letters are popping up without me typing them. This happens with or without screen protector. Cleaned it, reset keyboard dictionary, turned off and on, nothing works. Running iOS 18.5, no other updates available.

Usually that is a problem with the digitizer that is built into the screen. While it is more common when there is a crack in the screen, the digitizer will fail just like any other hardware component. Schedule an appointment with Apple and they can perform diagnostics on your phone to determine if the screen will need replaced to resolve the problem.
