  • SIM lock can only be resolved by your carrier provider. Apple is not involved at all and cannot remove it.
  • Face ID access can be prevented with Screen Time restrictions or Stolen Device Protection. Depends on what is preventing you access.
  • To unlock an account without a password, you would have to use Account Recovery to request access. In some cases, you may not be able to gain access and you would need to create a new account.
  • If you cannot remove an account from your device, you would need to provide your purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller to remove the Activation Lock. Apple does not get involved in third party sales, so any other type of receipt or documentation will likely be useless. The receipt will have to have the IMEI/Serial number printed on it and the device cannot be unlocked if it has been placed in Lost Mode.
  • The way to unlock apps is by using your device Passcode. No one else can Lock an app with a different code. Screen Time Restrictions can be placed on App Usage, and those are removed by the Organizer if your device is being used on a Family Plan. So that depends on what you mean by your apps being locked.
  • Wallet access is restricted with Screen Time and again it is the Organizer that removes the restriction when using a Family Sharing plan. Without a Family Sharing plan, you would need to turn off Screen Time yourself as long as it has not been locked with another persons Apple Account/Password.
