Pending charge for canceled Hapday app subscription on Apple Account

Hello!

I canceled my subscription to the Hapday app, but the charge still appears as unpaid. Now Apple is trying to collect payment for something I don’t want and can’t pay for, because the app is no longer supported in my region.

Because of this, I can’t install or update any apps.

Please cancel this pending charge manually or help me unblock my account. Thank you!

Hello. You are posting to a community forum. We are just Apple users, like you, and cannot cancel the charge. But a couple questions which may help us help you.

Did you cancel this subscription at least 24 hours before the automatic renewal date? If not, then I'm afraid you owe the money.
Did you formally request a refund from Apple?

Either way, you will have to contact Apple Support to resolve this.
