Hi. I have a set of Apple AirPods 2 Pro currently at version 6F21. I have followed the steps as stated on Apple.com on how update the firmware to the latest version 7E93 but unsuccessfully. I have then did a total disconnect and reconnect of the AirPods with my iPhone and tried again but still to no avail. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks
"Thanks for your response. My problem, however wasn’t a problem. I contacted Apple and they informed me , knowing the serial number, that my AirPods were not in fact vers. 2 Pro but vers. 1 Pro, and that the firmware I had was up to date. Thanks again"

If they won;t update you might want to take them to an Apple Store to have them update the firmware for you
