I received a text a few moments ago from (95******54. In the text is an invoice for Apple products I did NOT purchase, in the amount of $820.09. The invoice asks me to call : (80******2 if I have any questions.
Is this a scam?

NEVER call the number or click the link in a message like this.
Instead, log on to your credit card site to check your account. You will see that the "order" never existed.
Apple does not send text messages for purchases. Ever. So yes, it's a scam.

The first thing I do with such messages or emails is look up the phone numbers. As you already discovered, they have nothing at all to do with Apple. The second one brings it up as a scam alert.
Same thing with my phone. If a number isn't in my contact list, the call just shows the number. I double tap the power button to kill the call without answering and then look up the number just to see if it wasn't an important call from someone I do know who may be calling from a hospital line. But 99.9999% of the time, it's a scam.
