They offered me free apps and I just believed them😭After I logged in, my phone was locked and I needed a password to log in. I realized that I had been deceived. Having written to the support service, I have not yet received a response. I do not know what to do. I can easily prove that this is my phone, I have a box. And by writing here, I'm waiting for support.
You fell for a scam.
You cannot remove the Activation Lock, and we cannot remove it. It's almost certain that the box is not going to be good enough proof of ownership to convince Apple to remove it. It would be very unwise to pay the scammers the extortion money that they demand – even if you did pay it, there is no guarantee that they would not demand more or that they would ever unlock the phone.
You are now the owner of a "brick" and a very expensive lesson in why you should never log into someone else's Apple ID. (With the possible exception of one belonging to a close family member you would trust with your life, and then only if there was very good reason.)
