iPhone Activation Lock removal with original Apple ID and proof of purchase

Hello,

I have an iPhone that was purchased officially. It is now locked with iCloud (Activation Lock) because a different Apple ID was entered by mistake. I have the original Apple ID, as well as the box and receipt with the IMEI/serial number.

Please help me remove the lock and regain access to my device. I can provide photos of the documents and the device.

The only thing that matters is that you have the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller showing you purchased the device with the IMEI/Serial number on the receipt and that the device has not been placed in Lost Mode. Submit that information here:

Apple does not get involved in any third party sales, so a receipt from any other source is not likely to be accepted. The box, previous Apple ID or pictures of the device are useless in proving ownership.
