Unauthorized iTunes charges – Apple Support unresponsive

Hello,

I recently discovered several unauthorized charges from iTunes totaling around 8,000,000 VND (approx. $300+). I did not make these purchases, and I suspect fraud.

I tried reaching out to Apple Support - both through the website and mobile app - but I have received no response. My Vietnamese bank (Vietcombank) is also ignoring my complaints, even though I reported the issue through their Digibot and attempted to call them.

This silence from both Apple and the bank is deeply concerning, and I fear my funds may be lost without investigation.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? How did you resolve it?

Any advice or escalation path would be appreciated.

Thank you.

You could check what settings you have in place to avoid unauthorized purchases.
