How can I validate the purchase date of my iPhone 13 Pro Max without receipt?

How to validate the purchase date without a reciept? As I activated my iPhone 13 Pro Max 3 months ago, and now it gets white- screen. No warranty was granted without validating the purchase date.

I only keep the original box

"the warranty coverage starts from the date of activation, not purchasing date."

False.

The warranty clock starts ticking on the date the device is originally sold by Apple or an authorized retailer.

You can check your warranty status here: View Coverage - AppleCare & Warranty

Though it's not impossible, it is extremely unlikely that you purchased a new iPhone 13 Pro Max from any authorized retailer 3 months ago.

I cannot edit the original post so this is additional info. — as a conclude to use the iPhone immediately after purchasing.

I do understand the policy. It is not difficult to understand, but I am just wondering whether it is a fair policy.

Apparently I opened the box too late(after one year), So I cannot get the warranty.

But for those who open the box after one month/ two months after purchasing, they will have less warranty period—— not sure whether it is a fair policy.

The customers have the responsibility to use iPhone immediately after purchasing, otherwise they cannot get full warranty. Not sure about such is the right thing.

This is exactly how warranties work, regardless of what product you purchase from ANY manufacturer.

The policy is fair to cars/toilets, as we use them immediately once purchasing.

For computers/phones, these items are portable. Customers may buy them for gifts, or just leave them in the store room for couple of months after purchasing.

They shall get the same warranty rights as those who open the box immediately.

Yes it is irrelevant to consider fair or not for my case.

For others, this is definitely not fair, customers shall retain the rights to open the box after some days, or immediately.

thanks for the help though

It's TOTALLY fair, because it's how warranties work legally. Perhaps you should read the warranties on things you spend your money on.
