Hi,

It's an accesibility feature you can turn off(again).

It's called Screen Curtain

Use Screen Curtain with VoiceOver for your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support

Keep the screen off when you use VoiceOver on iPhone - Apple Support

With VoiceOver on, triple-tap with three fingers to turn the screen curtain on or off. If both VoiceOver and the Zoom feature are turned on, quadruple-tap with three fingers.
