i can’t open any private tabs in the safari browser. i’ve tried restarting my phone, restarting the browser and i can’t clear the browsers cache if that helps.

Check Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content and make sure “Limit Adult Websites” or “Allowed Websites Only” isn’t blocking Private Browsing.
If that’s not the case, try these:
