I have several devices covered under applecare+ and want to move 3 of them to the new apple care one plan but when i try to add some of the devices it says they are not eligible. How can i get them added? It is an Iphone 15, 14 and 13 all less than 4 years old

Any product that was recently purchased or is currently covered by AppleCare+ can be covered in your existing AppleCare One plan.
You can also add devices you already own that are in good condition (a diagnostic check and/or inspection may be required) and four years old or newer or any headphones one year old or newer.

My current iPhone 15 Pro Max has its own AppleCare+ plan, and is not able to be added to AppleCare One (no option to add it). The phone was purchased using the iPhone Upgrade program. Perhaps those devices (which require AppleCare+) are simply handled differently. It would be great if Apple explained this in the AppleCare One settings app.

all of the apple care plans are on my account but the phones are all signed in under their own apple ID for obvious reasons. I see them all (apple care + plans) on my subscriptions list on my phone under my id. That is why i am confused :)
Did you read the support document link I provided about adding devices? It also contains links for information on eligibility.
As Smilin-Brian stated, this is all very new and we all in a learning phase.
no, but i bought them all for family memebers and the applecare+ subscriptions are paid under my account
AppleCare One plans can cover devices that are on the same Apple Account as the subscriber.
