I lost the left ear AirPod with out the case and for some reason I couldn’t track it on find mine. Or put on the lost mode.

Unfortunately, the Find My iPhone feature is not able to track individual AirPods that are outside of their case. However, you can try going to the last known location where you used the AirPod to see if you can find it.
This is a known issue that sometimes happens i am afraid. Have you tried to restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist?
