Apple refund for Picsart Pro Annual not received in bank account

Hello,

I was approved a refund on July 21, 2025 for Picsart Pro Annual ($38.99), and the status says “Refunded”.

However, the money has not arrived in my bank account yet.

Could you please confirm when and to which payment method this refund was issued?

Once approved by Apple it can take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed by your Bank or card issuer and reflected by them on your account.
