Apple Pencil Pro - Tip Appears Misaligned Out of the Box

I recently purchased an Apple Pencil Pro (approximately one week ago), and I have noticed a slight misalignment in the tip straight out of the box. The tip does not appear to be fully flush with the body and seems to be leaning to one side, which is visible both to the eye and when touching it. I’ve attached a photo to illustrate the issue.

I have tried removing and reattaching the tip carefully, ensuring it is screwed in properly, but the misalignment remains. While the pencil seems to function normally at the moment, I’m concerned this may be a manufacturing defect that could lead to performance issues over time.

I would appreciate your guidance on whether this is within acceptable tolerances or if it qualifies for a replacement under warranty or return policy.

Looking forward to your assistance.
