iphone gave a popup that password was expired and while changing it, it was locked by accident. Afterwards, I am unable to unlock the phone as the "passcode expired" popup message is shown constantly, but the phone isn't responding. Can you please let me know how do move forward? Thanks.

If your iPhone says "Passcode Expired," it may be due to security policies from a work or school email account, or a just configuration profile.
