Is it okay to charge IPad Air 5th generation with PSS charger?
I bought a charger from Anker which is 25W and PPS and PowerIQ 3.0, but I am scared to charge my iPad ai 5th gen with it. Wil it be fine and safe?

No need to worry. Your iPad Air 5 will defiantly not explode. It’s like when your battery is at %100 but it doesn’t explode. Same in the
is situation.
If using a third party Power Adapter, ensure that it explicitly supports USB PD (Power Delivery).
Your iPad will require a USB power source capable of delivering 12W or greater (2.4A @5V) - a 20W Power Adapter being recommended.
Some third-party USB-C power adapters (and portable PowerBanks) may not support USB PD. Power Delivery mutually negotiates the charging voltage; the source, load and cable are all elements involved in the negotiation protocol. Unless the Power Adapter explicitly supports USB PD, it will almost certainly fail to charge the iPad; proprietary charging standards, such as QC (Quick Charge), are not supported.
