iPhone 11 Pro Max earpiece not working after iOS 18.5 update

my iphone 11 promax earpiece stopped working after an update to iOS18.5, can anyone help how to fix this software bug. The phone got no physical damage. ive tried everything in the settings even turned on the hearing aid option but invain , searched on youtube and googled it too but these search types couldn’t help though
