Unable to add more eSIMs on my iPhone 16

Hello everyone! I’ve restored my iPhone 13 to a new 16 256. I’ve had 5+ eSIM on my previous phone, but after the data restoration all of them were not available. I’ve deleted all of the esims, and now I have one physical and one eSIM. If I try to add another eSIM I always have notification that I should free some space and delete unused eSIMs. I even try to delete all eSIMs through Reset iPhone -> clear all eSIMs but it didn’t help. For now the only option I see is making full system reset but I don’t want to. Hope someone else faced that before and could make an advice. Thanks in advance
