I upgraded from Ventura to Sequoia 15.5 and the screenshot shortcuts won't work any longer. I checked the system settings keyboard shortcuts and everything is turned on. I don't have any third party software running that would affect or allow screenshots. I can still run full screen screenshot from the launchpad.

Make changes to your Options
Shift Command 5
make changes to suit your needs

I will say third-party sync software like: OneDrive, GoogleDrive, BackBlaze, DropBox or iCloud Drive can usurp screenshots

For those third party you can make changes to those app settings to not usurp screenshots,
and restore your s screenshot shortcut options
if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues...
