iPhone 5 stuck on bootloop after 1 year of no use

Toss it in the recycle bin at your local Apple Store or other electronics store.

It's obsolete and not even usable as a basic phone in most of the world any more.

If it really is an iPhone 5 it is so very old that it is not suitable for daily use i am afraid. The iPhone 5 wont run any modern day apps

That's entirely up to you... it's useless now, but okay...
