iPhone 11 stuck in recovery mode and not connecting to MacBook

My iPhone 11 is stuck in recovery mode. I updated it in the last 2 weeks after a long time because my phone keeps getting stuck in a boot loop, which I think is also due to me having had 0 remaining storage for months now. But today after being stuck in a boot loop again, the phone rebooted into recovery mode and has been stuck in it since. Each time I try to recover it, the process instantly fails as soon as I enter my password. I've tried restarting my phone again (either by cancelling the recovery mode screen or pressing volume up, volume down, then hold side button) to get it out of recovery mode, but even when I do that it's not showing up on my finder for me to attempt to recover it using my MacBook and not sure what else to try!
