You may have better luck posting in your native language.

It sounds like you have a device that is activation locked.

ONLY the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the activation lock.

If you are the original purchaser, you need to contact Apple support directly and provide the original proof of purchase from Apple or an authorized retailer.

If you purchased the device second hand, used, or from the gray market, Apple can't help you.

You remove activation lock, by entering the correct Apple Account and Password used to lock the phone. So what is the story about the phone? Did you buy a used iPhone from someone? If you did, return the phone for refund. You can't remove activation lock and unless you are in possession of the original purchase receipt from when the first was originally by Apple or an Authorized Apple Seller, Apple won't remove activation lock on the phone.

I don't think you need to be the original purchaser (nowhere that I have seen does Apple say that). What you do need is the original receipt from Apple or an authorized vendor. My receipt from from an Apple Store in the USA doesn't even have my name on it so Apple has no way of telling I am the first owner or just somebody who has the original receipt.
