Missing 'Make Alias' command in Numbers and Pages on MacOS Sequoia 15.6

My MacOS is Sequoia 15.6. The "Make Alias" command is no longer under the "File" list in Numbers or Pages. Where did it go?

Is it possible to remove anything `alias` from OSX via a setting? I would like to remove from OSX anything to do with aliases from the Finder, f.i. via a preference or setting, system wide. In my experience aliases are never useful, safe nor wanted. But i couldn't find a way to turn the `alias` feature off. Is there a way to get rid of this super annoying feature?

Can't see /opt subdirectory Using Terminal I located the file asymptote.pdf at /opt/homebrew/Cellar/asymptote/2.85/share/doc/asymptote/asymptote.pdf (it's just a manual of a program I use, installed through homebrew) Now, if I open Finder and look under Macintosh HD I see no subdirectory named /opt. But the directory should be there, or not? Is it just invisible to Finder? The file *is* there because I can open it with Adobe Reader. Thanks Maurizio

File>Make Alias is a Finder command. To the best of my knowledge, it never existed in Numbers or Pages.
