Convert very short video (2 seconds) to a standard photo.
I mistakenly took a very short video (about 2 seconds) and want to convert it to a standard photo. How do I proceed?

You can pause a video in QuickTime Player, and then copy (⌘C) that frame. Next, you may paste that frame as a new document in the Preview app (menu File﹥New from Clipboard, or ⌘N). Then save or export in the wanted format.
