How to escalate concern in Apple if no support or response received?
I have Issue with IPhone 15 battery showing as continuous charging. My iPhone is in warranty. I have talked multiple time with Apple support, but no one responds back. Apple simply says its software issue, but what about concern that I can’t come to know whether it is really charging or not? Appple support is simply not responding. How to escalate?
