How to escalate concern in Apple if no support or response received?

I have Issue with IPhone 15 battery showing as continuous charging. My iPhone is in warranty. I have talked multiple time with Apple support, but no one responds back. Apple simply says its software issue, but what about concern that I can’t come to know whether it is really charging or not? Appple support is simply not responding. How to escalate?

Have you done any troubleshooting at all other than restarting the phone?


First, back it up.

Then try these things in order until you find something that works:


1 Reset all settings.

2 Erase All Content and settings. Restore the backup.

3 Erase All content and settings. Set up as new. Do NOT restore your backup.


If none of those work, make an appointment at the genius bar. and have it checked again.
