payment method doesn’t work after refund
I recently requested a refund on my mastercard card and now the payment method for it suddenly stopped working. I tried removing it and adding it but it didn’t work

That’s your Apple Account, not Apple Pay. The merchant, Apple, has restricted the use of that particular card. You need to contact Apple Support and request the remove the restriction or just use a different payment method/card.
