Apple blocked my phone number for spam. I didn’t spam anyone. My phone just stopped allowing me to use my phone number in both iMessages and FaceTime. Please I don’t know how to submit an unblock request. I really didn’t do anything.

Apple didn't block you. They have no way of knowing who you're calling, or how many calls you make. Only your cellular carrier would have that data.
Someone, somewhere, is heavily spoofing your number to send out spam. So much so that your number got blacklisted. I had that happen some years ago to my business email address. Took a couple of days to get it released so I could send/receive emails again.
Contact your cellular carrier. Only they can help you.

How did you know Apple blocked your phone?
Have you tried reaching out to your phone carrier as well?
OR contacted Apple support?
