Unable to update apps with my new Apple Account

I have an old apple ID but I’m already using a new one for years. But just recently, I’m not able to update my IG, FB, YouTube, Messenger because Apple Store asks me to sign-in on the old apple ID, which I already forgot the password. Without me signing-in on the old apple ID, those apps won’t update. Note that my new apple ID is already signed-in on the apple store.
