When I picked up my iPhone 16 this morning there was a multi page notice that my internet connection cannot work with the Apple privacy. Makes me change my internet Wi-Fi. Onnection or lose the privacy

Guessing: If this was involving Apple iCloud+ Private Relay, the network does not meet the technical requirements mentioned here:
