Hello guys and thanks for your attention! I bought a macbook pro from Amazon DE on a good price but it came with German layout and I returned it. My question is whether I can buy a normal one for a fair price from elsewhere in Europe?

The online Apple Store in Germany has a large variety of keyboards available. If it doesn't have what you want, then you have to travel to a country that does, since Apple stores do not sell outside their own country.
As for non-Apple suppliers, I think you really need to check those directly yourself. This may help if it is not clear what the keyboard is
