my phone turned its off and back on now Face ID is not working . Checked camera all fine , updates all done any suggestions?? Done everything it says to fix it even tried to reset Face ID and says it’s unavailable.
we have another iPhone in the house and only mine effected . Thanks

We can't guess what you've tried beyond trying to reset Face ID, so try what is detailed in this article, but you may have a hardware issue with the True Depth Camera in your iPhone, which would require a visit to your Apple Store Genius Bar to have the phone tested --> If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
You're welcome. Sorry there isn't more anyone here can do, but I'm sure Apple will get you taken care of. Do be prepared it might involve needing the screen replaced on your phone as the True Depth camera is embedded in the screen.
Do keep in mind that FaceID is using a different imager than your “selfie cam” …
… so the fact that your front camera works is largely irrelevant to FaceID.
