Subject: Request for Activation Lock Removal – Service Replacement iPhone 7

Dear Apple Support,

I am requesting assistance to remove an Activation Lock from my iPhone 7, which was originally provided to me by Apple as a service replacement for my previous iPhone 7 a few years ago.

Details:

• Model: iPhone 7

• Serial Number: FY******7N

• IMEI: 35 6*****01 4

• ICCID: 8967 ********1 848

• Apple ID used before reset: m*****0@yahoo.com

• Date of replacement: Approximately 4-5 years ago

• Location of replacement: Apple Store Kuala Belait, Brunei Darussalam

The device had been working normally with my Apple ID and iCloud account for several years. Recently, I forgot my passcode and reset the device. After the reset, the phone requested an Apple ID that is not mine. I believe this may be due to the device still being associated in Apple’s system with the account of a previous owner before it was refurbished and issued to me.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the service replacement receipt, as the replacement occurred several years ago. However, I am the rightful owner and the only person who has used this iPhone since Apple provided it to me.

Could you please help verify this in your system and assist in unlocking the device so I can continue to use it with my Apple ID? I can provide any additional information you require for verification.
