I recently bought a Xiaomi 20W PD charger, model A201EU, from an official Mi Store. I’m using it with my iPhone 13 Pro Max since it supports USB-C Power Delivery.
It seems to charge fine, but I’m wondering if anyone here has long-term experience using this charger with an iPhone. Is it safe for the battery health over time?

It should be OK, but as we are just users we have neither the knowledge nor experience with that particular power source. Its specifications look good, but is it certified as Made for iPhone (MFi)?
I charged my phone tomorrow with mi ad201eu and it charged from 20 to 80 in just 34 minutes. But i noticed something. When i was using a2344 counterfeit adapter my phone's battery was dropping very slow. But with Xiaomi mi gave me just 1 day of backup. And counterfeit apple a2344 was giving me around 60 hours of battery backup.

Thanks but i don't have any mfi product i bought one but that was counterfeit and dropped my phone's battery health from 100 to 94 in 2 weeks
