I find on my Visa credit card a charge for $38.95 for V*muscle-booster.io_ADM. This a fraud charge. I did not sign up for this service. I can not find a way to cancel this charge.

Contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. I'm not sure what you think anyone on this user to user only forum can do about a charge you got.
