How do I delete old bank cards that were never in the wallet. When I pay online it comes up in a little banner (like the one with suggested words) my bank cards to fill in the information at online checkouts but my old ones are popping up, all information I’m finding is to do with Apple wallet but that’s not what I need. Help!

If doing this with the Safari web browser, go to Settings ➜ Apps ➜ Safari ➜ AutoFill ➜ Saved Credit Cards. You can delete any cards you don't want there anymore by swiping to the left, or selecting the card, and then tapping on edit in tis details page, and then on Delete card at the bottom.
If using a different web browser, check its settings for a similar section.
