I paid for a few packs in a game and whenever I would buy it Ofc it would ask for my face to confirm it. After purchasing it and Apple Pay takes away my money and I’ve received the resources from the packs but a few days later Apple is still asking me for more money

Where are you seeing money was actually deducted from your account? Every attempt to charge you has failed with the screenshot you posted. You received the game pack and the money is still owed to Apple. It is likely you will no longer be able to use the App Store for any other purchases/downloads until that has been payed.
Are these charges for an app, subscription or service for your iPhone? What are the charges for and who is the merchant?
