Unauthorized subscription charge on Apple Account

The subscription was issued, I didn't issue anything and the money was debited, return the money

Did you sign up for a free trial? When you double click the side button for a free trial you see:

  • Free Trial length
  • Subscription Start Date
  • Subscription Price
  • Subscription Length
  • A Message that says to avoid charges, you must cancel the free trial at least a day before the subscription start date.


If you did that and did not cancel the free trial a day before, you DID authorize the subscription charge.


If that is not want happened, post a screenshot of:


Anyone that has your Passcode is authorized by you to use your device and that includes purchases. If you gave someone your Passcode, it is up to you to use Screen Time restrictions to prevent purchases.


If you can provide more details on what actually happened, we may be able to offer more specific help. In most cases all transactions in the App Store are final, but at times Apple may provide a compassion refund. It should never be expected though and you can try here:
