If you do not see it there, then it is not a charge that is managed by Apple. The description you referenced is not one that I recognize as a legitimate Apple charge and it may have been the result of your credit card being compromised. This happens frequently when using the physical card on a card reader that has a skimmer installed to read your card details. Scammers use the names of well known companies in hopes you will not dispute the charge and that makes your card details more valuable to them. If this is what happened, the only resolution would be to contact the bank that issued the card and report the fraudulent charge, and they will also issue you a new one.
